Yacht Island designs has recently unveiled a concept called Project Utopia. The island/ship is a floating city, with 11 decks of living space, retail, restaurants, casino, theaters, and hotels. It's both stable and able to move throughout the seven seas. There are also four helicopter pads, house boats, and jet skis in case that just isn’t enough and you need to bail in a hurry.
