Do you know why is it so important to be represented by a Realtor® in the sale or purchase of real property? Realtors® must adhere to a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice set by the National Association of Realtors®.
You might be wondering what this means to you as a consumer. It means that working with a Realtor® gives you a professional that will come to connote competency, fairness, and high integrity resulting from adherence to a lofty ideal of moral conduct in business relations. No inducement of profit and no instruction from clients ever can justify departure from this ideal.
When representing a buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, or other clients as an agent, Realtors® pledge themselves to protect and promote the interest of their client. This obligation to the client is primary, but it does not relieve Realtors® of their obligation to treat all parties honestly.
Many good reasons to use a Realtor®!!!
