The Snow White and the Huntsman lead’s well-documented split from Twilight beau Robert Pattison has led the starlet to Malibu, where the young starlet has reportedly shelled out big bucks on an industrial pad of her own. The Daily Mail has the dirty details on the five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath Latigo Beach contemporary, which sold for $4.8 million. A ménage of modern glass and steel form, the three-story property measures 5,800 square-feet, which also includes an oval-shaped guest house.
