Sacramento Kings small forward Rudy Gay is selling his Memphis mansion to the sweet tune of $2.2 million. Since the baller purchased the 8,373-square-foot home in 2010, it’s undergone some seriously stylish renovations.

They include the marble, chevron-design flooring in the sunroom with the tin-style ceiling and crystal chandelier. But if the sun ain’t shining in Memphis, the double-sided reflective fireplace will keep you warm (and the TVs on either side will keep you entertained).
