Fannie Mae wants to help buyers afford to purchase their new home and are offering up to 3.5% in closing cost assistance for HomePath® properties beginning April 11 through June 30, 2011.
Initial offers must be submitted on or after April 11, 2011. Buyers must be owner occupants(the home will be their primary residence), and buyers are required to sign an Owner Occupant Cerification Rider to the Purchase Agreement. The Sale must close on or before June 30, 2011 and other restrictions may apply.
