Tommy Hilfiger‘s duplex atop the Plaza Hotel in New York City has bounced on and off the market for the better part of seven years. The fashion designer hopes 2015 is the year he can finally scratch the seven-year itch.
Hilfiger initially purchased the home seven years ago for $25.5 million and then listed it just a few months later for $50 million. He wasn’t able to sew up a quick flip for a sweet profit, and he pulled the home from the market.
