A tastefully amalgamated design by Predock_Frane Architects has reemerged on the Pacific Palisades, CA market. Our friends at Curbed bring word that the architectural home, which combines “the courthouse and hillside house” design styles, is available once again. The 4,085-square-foot home, which features a split-level penthouse set above a pair of lower level guest suites, sold for $1.78 million in December of 2009. It is now being offered for $2.175 million.
