Nick Jonas, the pop singer who makes teenage girls swoon and scream with delight, now hopes to win a buyer’s heart with his Los Angeles home perched above the Sunset Strip.
The listing agent is Richard Klug, and Jonas is asking for $3.6 million. He bought the house in 2013 for $3.2 million.
