After cutting ties with a pair of multimillion-dollar properties last year, Don Carter has shifted into buy mode in 2014.
The founding owner of the Dallas Mavericks recently made a major splash at the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Dallas. Our friend Candy Evans of Candy’s Dirt reports that Carter scooped up one of the last remaining penthouse units in the luxury high-rise in early February. While it’s not clear exactly how much the business mogul paid for the property, records show that it last listed publicly for $2.85 million.
