We mention this, because as we’re looking through the photos of former NFL superstar LaDainian Tomlinson’s sprawling estate in Poway, CA we said it many, many times.
Bouncing on and off the market since April of 2011, the current broker associate of record, Kofi Natei Nartey of The Agency, listed this hands-down winner on July 7th for just under $3.5 million, then spun around less than three weeks later (July 24th) with both an offer and accepted contract in hand!
