SMU Basketball Coach Larry Brown Sells PA Estate

January 16th, 2015 2:41 PM by Teresa Molina

Basketball coach Larry Brown has finally sold his manse in Bryn Mawr, PA, nearly two years after it was put on the market. Brown’s initial asking price was $7.85 million, but he had to come way down on the price to sell the property. It was eventually purchased last month for $4.02 million.

The immense 10,802-square-foot Colonial-style house is situated on an imposing four acres. The property is known as Linden Hall—not to be confused with the Pennsylvania boarding school for girls or the 785-acre estate in southwestern Pennsylvania.
