A gigantic helium-filled wind turbine will soon be floating above the city of Fairbanks, Alaska. More than a dozen families will live off the grid through the turbine known as BAT-Buoyant Airborne Turbine. It turns out that by hovering at an altitude of 1,000 feet it will catch air currents eight times more powerful than winds on the ground. »
