The LEED certification process weighs a number of building criteria—including environmental impact, water and energy consumption, and construction materials—to bestow silver, gold, or, the most prestigious, platinum certificates.
We dipped our toes into the green pool of listings nationwide to locate 14 LEED-certified homes where the energy bills are low, but the curb appeal is sky-high.
