Chief Oil Founder Trevor Rees-Jones Selling TX Penthouse
January 15th, 2015 1:43 PM

Trevor Rees-Jones is one of the world’s richest men and worth about $5 billion thanks to his spectacular success in oil. Now, the oilman is selling his penthouse condo at the Ritz-Carlton in downtown Dallas, TX. If you’re interested and you can match the asking price of $9 million, contact listing agent Sharon Quist.

The 5,666-square-foot condo isn’t the Chief Oil & Gas founder and chairman’s primary residence—that honor goes to a 10,700-square-foot house in Dallas. D Magazine reports that Rees-Jones also has an Eastland County ranch near Ranger, TX, which has its own airplane runway and tarmac and was once the site of a party with 900 guests. So chances are that the potential Ritz-Carlton condo sale is simply a case of Rees-Jones readjusting his real estate holdings.
