Live in a Mobilehome Park in California?
April 5th, 2011 3:48 PM

Old law required the management of a mobilehome park to provide all the homeowners with a copy of the Mobilehome Residency Law (MRL) by Feb. 1 of each year, if a significant change was made to the law in the prior year.

New law was changed and now requires management to either provide all homeowners with a copy of the MRL or to notify all homeowners that a change has been made by legislation enacted in the prior year and to provide a copy of those provisions to the homeowners upon request within 7 days of the request.
