This week’s celebrity round-up features two stellar pads in (where else) Los Angeles, CA. But aside from their celebrity connections, these two properties couldn’t be more different.
The first is this chrome-and-neon cataclysm on Wilshire Boulevard. Turns out the $12 million penthouse was the former home of the late great percussionist, John Guerin. When Guerin wasn’t touring with The Byrds or L.A. Express, or adding a beat to the works of Frank Sinatra, George Harrison, or Thelonious Monk, he was kicking back at this prime property. With its great views and awesome location, it’s a wonder it’s still on the market. But hey, more for you, right?
